The Aleph Server is currently used by [http://www.gwdg.de/service/info-mpg/aleph/#bib 30 libraries belonging to 35 MPIs]. Hosting, Support and most of the system librarians' tasks are done by [http://www.gwdg.de GWDG]. MPDL is responsible for overall coordination and licensing matters. The [http://alephwiki.gwdg.de/index.php/AlephTeam Aleph team] is a group of MPI librarians and members of MPDL and GWDG. They meet about twice a year to discuss different topics, e.g. ongoing developments, roll out of software upgrades and the cooperation of the partners. The Aleph Team also issues a bi-monthly [http://alephwiki.gwdg.de/index.php/Newsletter Newsletter] informing the librarians of its ongoing work.

Aleph meeting on Nov 29th, 2007, in Göttingen[edit]

The Aleph Server is currently used by 30 libraries belonging to 35 MPIs. Hosting, Support and most of the system librarians' tasks are done by GWDG. MPDL is responsible for overall coordination and licensing matters. The Aleph team is a group of MPI librarians and members of MPDL and GWDG. They meet about twice a year to discuss different topics, e.g. ongoing developments, roll out of software upgrades and the cooperation of the partners. The Aleph Team also issues a bi-monthly Newsletter informing the librarians of its ongoing work.
