* Currently, there are 2 properties files:
** imeji.properties (For a fast and easy installation, only edit the "basic properties")
** vocabulary.properties (to be installed with [[Service_for_Control_of_Named_Entities]])
* Properties files should be stored under
** For JBoss 7: jboss_home/standalone/configuration/
** For Tomcat 7: tomcat_home/conf
** For Jetty 9: <jetty.home>/resources
* Both properties files must be present, even if no vocabularies are desired
