Due to open issues, which need more time to analyze, two options for proceed[edit]
a) We have an eDoc import test system, where the migration of eDoc data to PubMan is continuously tested and improved. Only eDoc data will be on that system. This instance can be separately queried by Search&Export.
b) All data (PubMan and imported eDoc data in one system) can be queried via Search&Export. Disadvantage: institute has to wait until the mapping/migration is finalized.
Outcome of mapping discussion[edit]
- No source in source. We will simply create two sources.
Needed querys from eDoc[edit]
- how often is "authorcomment" filled? (no equivalent in PubMan available so far)
- how often is "numberofwords" filled? (no equivalent in PubMan available so far)
- how often is "docaff_researchcontext" filled? (no equivalent in PubMan available so far)
- how often is "copyright" filled? (no equivalent in PubMan available so far)

- do we need end-user (public, expert)?
- do we need educational purpose (yes/no type)?
