JusCMS Func Spec Legal Citation Styles HH & Muc ActivityReport

Basic Rules

• the citation style is based on the JUS-Citation Style
• Every creator is displayed in Italic Style (NOT the source.creator(s))
• for the localized strings the German terms should be used (the Activity Report is published in German)

Authors

• The first author is displayed with Family Name, Given Name.
• The following authors are displayed with Given Name Family Name independent of the number of authors.
• The authors are separated with semicolon.
• All authors are in Italic Style.

• Same rules for editors as for authors (see examples below)
• Editors (Creator.Role = "Editor") are NOT labelled.
• Source Editors (Soure.Creator.Role = "Editor") ARE labelled.
• All editors independent of nunmber are labelled with 'Hg.'

Genre Types

Article, Case-study, Case-note, Book-review, Discussion-report

• There is only one citation style for all publications published in journal - Titel_ZS [Kurztitel_ZS] Band, Heft (Jahr).
• There is no connection to the CoNE entries for journals for this citation style.
• for source.genre-type=journal the title followed by the title.alternative type=abbreviated in square brackets should be displayed.
• if no abbreviated title exists, only the journal title is displayed.

• • e.g. (display of the abbreviated title):

<Creator.FamilyName, role="author">, <Creator.GivenName, role="author">, <Title>, <Source.Title> [<Source.AlternativeTitle>] <Source.Volume>, <Source.Issue> (<Date.DateType>), <Source.StartPage> - <Source.EndPage>.

• The label of reviewOf is 'Rezension:', not 'Rezension von:'
• the citation style of items with genre type=book-review should be preceded by “Rezension: “ (in Italic Style)
