Feedback on functional specification

• Preview Possibility: e.g. how will this record look like in the Yearbook
• The sorting for "my submission" should be the follwing:
  • Pending, submitted, released
  • Date of Publication
  • Genre
  • Family Name of the Creator
• For external users it should be possible to have all publications s/he has access to, on one click. several entry points (einstiegspunkte) should be offered in parallel.
