- MPDL:
- maintenance of several services (e.g. this wiki), some user support and installation
- eSciDoc:
- administration of external servers in Göttingen and Garching
Professional background[edit]
- apprenticeship "Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung" in Dresden
- studied informatics in Dresden (unfortunately not finished)
- worked for Siemens-Nixdorf and Siemens Business Services in Dresden as sales assistant and internal consultant in the department for Datawarehousing
- worked at the Max Planck institute for the physics of complex systems in Dresden, there I was mainly in charge of user support but also as a system administrator
