what does it mean to "enrich a publication"? make related resources visible on the pubman item view? more generally: where are annotations supposed to be used and what for? who is supposed to enrich the publications? only during submission? or outside of pubman? without answering these questions, i find it hard to think about implementation options. so far i'd say the requirements may well be met by something like couchdb plus OAC.--Robert 13:24, 21 January 2011 (UTC)
