General Description[edit]
Current journals are published by Verlag der Zeitschrift fuer Naturforschung as three corpora:
- Zeitschrift für Naturforschung A – Physical Sciences,
- Zeitschrift für Naturforschung B – Chemical Sciences,
- Zeitschrift für Naturforschung C – Biosciences
The backfiles from 1946 to 2001 will be published as Open-Access publications in PubMan. The collection consists of about 180.000 pages.
Requirements to the MPDL[edit]
Make digitized back files available on the web as a browsing structure. It would be best if we could follow the browsing approach of the publisher, e.g. http://www.znaturforsch.com/aa/v57a/c57a.htm
The browsing structure is as follows:
Corpus (Journal) > Volume (Year) > Issue > Article
Originally, at the volume level the TOC of the volume is displayed, with article titles, authors and links to the corresponding PDFs: http://www.znaturforsch.com/aa/v57a/c57a.htm
Requirements to scanning agency[edit]
