Summary: The Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek (Electronic Journals Library, EZB = journal titles & electronic holdings) is a service to facilitate the use of scholarly journals on the internet. The project has been invented and is managed by the library of the University Regensburg (UB Regensburg), but the service is delivered as a cooperative effort of nearly 500 libraries. The EZB team organizes a user meeting once a year. The event is used to present the current status, to introduced new activities planned for the future and to provide the participating libraries with the opportunity to place and discuss new requirements. The 2008 meeting focused on the cooperation with the Zeitschriftendatenbank (ZDB, Journal DataBase, = journal titles & print holdings) which aim to provided services integrating electronic and print holding information.
