Introduction[edit]
This survey aims at general use of web applications, related to the browser zoo. Our main concern was to find out how users sense browser compatibility. Is their perspective different from our goals? Is there a chance to benefit from progressive enhancements by CSS3 or HTML5?
The survey was a MPDL internal dry run and will be launched later to a broader audience. Thus results are not quite valid but nevertheless reflect a Digital Librarie's feedback (which is interesting enough).
