One requirement of the ViRR Solution is the usage of METS.

Requirements

The METS profile has to cover at least the profile for the DFG Viewer and for Goobi.

DFG Viewer

METS Profile:

• DVG METS Profile (minimum requirements for the DVG Viewer)
• ZVDD METS Profile (detail requirements for the DVG Viewer)

Examples for METS files:

• Minimal requirements
• Light requirements (some more elements than the minimal requirements)
